How it works

Publish free prompts

You can keep sharing your prompts for free. On free prompts, copying, JSON view and customization keep working exactly as before.

Add a support link

Connect the support page you already have on Patreon, Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee or another platform you choose.

Add a membership link

Add your external membership page so you can present your members-only prompts on Promptgena.

Showcase your external sales

Prompts you sell on an external platform can be showcased on Promptgena with example images, a description and a public preview.

Fees

During the beta, Promptgena takes a 0% fee on external earnings.
For Founding Creators the planned platform fee in the future native payment system is 5%.
For standard creators the planned native fee is 10%.

The planned rates only apply once the native payment system is live and the related platform terms take effect.

What Promptgena does not do

Promptgena does not process payments and never asks for card details.
Payments, refunds, subscriptions and delivery are handled by the external platform.
Promptgena does not verify the payment result on the external platform.
There is no balance, credit, star or virtual wallet on Promptgena.
Promptgena is not the seller of the external sale.

For creators

You manage your monetization links from the monetization settings page in your creator dashboard. You have to confirm that the links belong to you and accept the monetization terms.

For visitors

When you click a support, membership or purchase button you are forwarded to the external platform chosen by the creator. Review that provider's terms before paying.

Legal notes

The creator confirms they hold the necessary rights to the content they sell and are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations. Promptgena can remove monetization links when necessary.
